Frisco Marketing Plan
From over a Decade in the Advertising/Marketing industry and
nearly a dozen years of first hand remodeling and new construction
experience, I have compiled the following plan. I think you
will agree this plan is more substantial and farther reaching than
any other realtor in our area. While no plan can apply to
every Home, I believe this to be a very comprehensive start.
- Immediate data entry of new listing into two
Regional Multiple Listing Services.
- Notification to local realtors of the new
listing (fax and email broadcast).
- Create and distribute color photo flyer of the
new listing. My professionally printed pieces are admittedly far
beyond "home-made flyers". These pieces are supplied in a
display stand for buyers upon entering your home.
- The new listing is immediately placed on my
web site at marcfrisco.com. While I would like to think this is
sufficient, sadly I do not receive as much web traffic as other
sites; your listing will also appear at chicagotribune.com,
remax.com, and at least 3 other sites. A color photo,
detailed description, and price are displayed. All forms of our
advertising contain our web site address.
- All Listings are immediately placed on
Realtor.com and Homeseekers.com. These real estate web sites
are the largest real estate web sites in the world. These sites
receive over 1.75 million inquiries per month by potential buyers
across the country.
- A beautiful digital photo and detailed
description of your home is immediately E-mailed to our printers
where high gloss, professionally produced "Just Listed" postcards are created
and mailed to every home within your immediate neighborhood.
- Several hundred color informational emails are
sent to the top producing agents in our area. While I have a
very good track record of selling my own listings, most are sold
through other members of the MLS. I produce this email piece
so they have "background" information as soon as possible.
- Because of my photography background, I
believe a picture is worth a thousand words...and a virtual tour
is worth a Million! While not every home warrants a virtual
tour, the ones that do get a professionally shot production that
will also be available on no less than a dozen web sites.
Regardless of the property, every listing will be photographed
extensively for both web and printed promotions.
- The new listing is placed on the following
week's "Broker's Tour" where we preview the home with all of the
local Realtors.
- Open House- With your permission, I will do as
many open house days as needed. Most agents will consider
this a waste of time...I don't. While we do get alot of
"nosy neighbors", many serious buyers are looking right now
without an agent looking for them. An Open House is just
what these buyers are looking for.
While some
of the most successful agents in our area promote the fact that they
have a "Team" to serve your needs, I disagree. When you
list your home with me, I document, photograph, promote, market, and
answer the calls for your home. What do you think is better,
an agent that is part of a team that might not have even been in
your home answering the phone when a buyer calls, or me...the person
than knows exactly what the selling points are. Being part of
two of the leading offices in there areas, I do have the luxury of
outstanding office staffs in each office. These professionals
are essential in my success. Your listing scheduling, document
preparation and above all world wide exposure is made possible from
